Recognizing that her reverse mortgage clients often deal with customers who are fearful and uncertain of the reverse mortgage process, Karen develops partnerships with industry leaders to educate and assure lenders’ clients, helping their businesses grow and allowing more seniors to stay in their homes in their golden years.

Getting to the root of a situation and creating a way to make it work for all parties is a pattern that Karen has maintained throughout her career. Beginning many years ago in sales, she used her programming knowledge to find a solution that could streamline the complex and time consuming process of title research with the development of TitleTrack software. This led to the founding of her own company, AKT, Inc., which she later sold to First American Title Insurance Co. of NY.
