Joe thrives on the challenge of finding ways to make every outcome win-win. With his uncanny ability to assess risk factors and customize solutions to every situation, he has become the industry go-to person for the most challenging issues.

His many years of experience helping attorneys, underwriters, financial professionals, and clients with examining, reading and clearing titles, and finding innovative solutions to any issue, make Joe an irreplaceable resource to all his Tradition Title Agency colleagues and clients. Joe began his solid foundation of hands-on achievement as the Branch Manager at the Riverhead Office of the Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Co. He went on to earn additional insight as a founding member of Topaz Abstract before bringing his wealth of knowledge, expertise and talents to Tradition Title Agency.
